How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery typically takes 8-10 days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on the way.

How long does the battery last on one charge?
Up to 110 minutes of continuous scrubbing per full charge. A full charge takes about 3 hours via the included USB-C cable.

Is ProScrub waterproof?
ProScrub is splash-proof and safe to use around water — sinks, tubs, tile, showers, and dishes are all good. It is not designed to be fully submerged in water, so don't drop it in a full sink or tub.

What surfaces is ProScrub safe on?
ProScrub is safe on tile, grout, glass, stainless steel, ceramic, sealed stone, plastic, and most household surfaces. The brush heads are designed to be tough on grime but gentle enough for daily use without scratching. For delicate finishes (unsealed marble, soft wood, etc.), test on a small area first.

How do I switch between brush heads?
Pop the current head off with a gentle pull and snap the new one on. No tools, no buttons — it takes about two seconds. Full instructions are in your quick-start guide.

How do I clean ProScrub itself?
Rinse the brush head under warm running water after each use and let it air dry. The motor unit can be wiped down with a damp cloth — just don't submerge it.
